Unhealed Wounds & Your Professional Identity
A discussion on the impact of inter-generational trauma, Latin/e/x/Hispanic cultural norms, and how systems of oppression show up in how we work, why we work, and how we show up in our professional spaces. This session will be facilitated by Michelle Gomez, life coach, author, founder & CEO of Healed Hijas.
The first section of this in-person program (12:00-12:45 PM) is open to all identities. The second portion (12:45-1:30 PM) will be a dedicated affinity space for Latin/e/x/Hispanic community members.
